“Was a bit cautious about getting an item second hand but all was there no scuffs or scratches was essentially brand new. When I made my original order I accidentally put my previous address for delivery. I quickly emailed and explained the situation they cancelled my order with an immediate refund and asked me to re-order with the correct address. I then received the item in the next couple of days. Very swift response and resolution to a problem I created.”
