The machines are new/nearly new (no scratches or imperfections), with high specifications and the delivery is carefully packaged and very fast. All at a 20-40% discount vs. 'best new price'. The laptops themselves offer a lot - battery life during normal use covers more than a full school/university day, the screen is crisp and easily readable in a variety of light conditions and performance is more than adequate. The key question (as experienced with other HP laptops) is reliability... only time will tell!”
