“Ordered the Huawei watch payed and the order was confirmed, then a few days later was told the watch was not in stock, the computer systems stock list was wrong and there was no shock of the watch. Refund would be given but could take 4/5 days to get back on the card. One the system should be up to date, how can you possibly sell some thing if you don’t check stock correctly. Went to another company who supplied the watch with no problem.”

Hi Geoff, As explained, this was an extremely rare situation. We had one item left, and within the space of two minutes, two orders were placed for the same item. We have multiple systems that control website orders and stock levels and these, as quick as they are, do still only sync every few minutes. So, by the time the stock was allocated up to the first order and then the new stock level of 0 was sent from our WMS to the Web Site you had placed your order. Banks refunding money back to cards always take 2-5 working days and is not something we have any control over. I hope this all makes sense.
