“Small and friendly nice to pop into on a rainy day. Staff were welcoming and informative. Better for older children who have a longer attention span. It on the warmer side as the animals need the heat to survive but due to this they allow you to enter and leave throughout the day which is also great as the animals are free roaming and will move around.”
“Cost us £26 for 4 of us was in there about 10 mins maxx! It’s very warm and very humid, we barely saw any reptiles etc at all, but there was two gorgeous parrots and 2 gorgeous butterflies! It is very very small! It’s like a box good value for money as you can leave and come back as you please but the temperature is 30 degrees + wouldn’t recommend for children even though it should be child based! Because it is very hot”
“Staff seemed friendly enough. But the place itself is very small, and theres not as many animals as their website boasts. Cost us £24 for 4 of us, we was in there 10 minutes. They allow you to return throughout the day but we didn't fancy hanging around the area waiting to return for feeding times.”
