“I’ve been lucky enough to come here on multiple occasions, with different groups, both before and during the pandemic.
The inflatable water park is the best one I’ve been to in the UK. All the equipment is clean and mildew free, unlike other places I’ve been to. The actual size of the inflatable park is perfect for the 100 person capacity- you aren’t all crowded together like other parks. During Covid, the park was split in two and spread out, so two smaller groups could participate without mixing. They also allow wet suit shoes- which is surprisingly rare!
The entire site is well presented, with plenty of space to sit and watch the action on the water. There is a deck area where you can get drinks, as well as a place to get food. There is even a clearly marked and safely partitioned area of the lake for children too small for the activities to play in, with parental/adult supervision. My younger nieces and nephews never felt left out of the fun!
The changing facilities are spacious and clean. The entire process, from checking in to actual jumping into the water, is very clear and streamlined. Other parks I’ve been to have been pretty chaotic!
If this very long review isn’t clear enough, this place is excellent! One glaring downside is that you cannot bring your own food. The food at the park is fast food, which of course can get expensive and doesn’t really pair well with a lot of swimming and jumping! I’m sure it helps with litter, but it is a bit frustrating.”
