“Greatly exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic family day out, with lots to see and do. We were surprised at how life-like the dinosaurs were, and the zoo is brilliant - beautiful enclosures that allow for some incredible up-close interaction with tigers, lions, snakes and more. The children were even impressed by the soft play and the slightly-ageing outdoor playgrounds. The staff were also fab - all those we encountered were polite, friendly and efficient. We were worried about lunch as it started to rain and the safari restaurant was packed, but our food arrived in minutes. Well worth the money.”
