Blackpool Pleasure Beach Reviews

Great variety of rides, some of them are a little bit older but it makes them scarier! The park isn't sign posted the best so if you are meeting friends it will take a while to find your way around the park, but overall an amazing day out.

Always great, out of all the theme parks been to we definitely love this one. Fantastic atmosphere and rides are great and well looked after. Good for families of all ages.

A fantastic theme park, easy to navigate, great for all children ages, something for everyone. Excellent Choice of rides. Only one niggle you used to be able to pay £5 entry fee for Adults and buy individual wristbands for kids but now everyone gets charged full price. Not everyone wants to go on the rides. If you book online you can buy the tickets cheaper. Also if you have a blue light card you can get a discount too.

I love the Pleasure Beach - it has a sense of nostalgia for the good old British seaside, but also some cracking rides too. Something here for all ages really and I’ve always found the queues aren’t quite as bad as some of the other uk theme parks. You don’t have to walk miles to get around it either! Valhalla is my favourite ride, it’s like a log flume but better - be warned, it does go backwards at one point, and you get VERY wet!

A classic theme park with so much to do. Get the wristbands when they are on offer and arrive early. We had a great day and the old fashioned arcades are a must. Great value for money! Lots of places to eat and picnic.

What a great experience! We were a group of 10 ranging in age from 60 to 5 years. I used to take my children when they were younger and it is amazing to see how the park has evolved yet still retaining that feeling of all the fun of the fair. Great range of prices too with the ability to purchase a much cheaper non ride pass if you are the coat holder! Expect queues for the most popular rides and buy on line for the cheapest tickets. Good selection of places to eat and drink however my favourite is still the sugar doughnut stalls.

Fantastic day out with my 6 year old. She's quite tall so was able to go on some of the bigger rides, but even if she hadn't I think we still would have had a brilliant day. There is such a variety of things to do. I used to go as a kid and pepsi max is still timeless! Depending on the time of the year there is always something going on. We saw the ice show which was outstanding. Would highly recommend a day out!
