“I recently took my children here we had a great day out kids loved it,but when we arrived it was £36 not £28 family ticket stated on the web site.when I asked the lady at the till about this she told me they have never done a family ticket and the website that I was looking at was not there’s,I explained to her that it was on the kids days out website which thousands of people use and everything else about the park was true so why not prices.she pointed to the board and said that is the price to get in,I didn’t think she was very helpful and didn’t seem to bother or take on board what I was saying she just brushed it off and stood there.apart from this everything was ok”
