“This is the best place ever the slide is amazing and so are the waves but one thing is that a life guard called my daughter 6and called her short when she is actually 9”
“The facilities used to be excellent, but recently there has been a noticeable decline. The life guards seem to be completely clueless about their responsibilities and instead of assisting the attending children, they resort to bullying them. When the children try to voice their concerns to the management, they are either ignored or threatened with a ban.
I am involved with the children's activities at our local mosque, and numerous kids have expressed their dissatisfaction with how they are treated by the life guards and management there.
In an effort to address this issue, I reached out to the local councillor for guidance. He advised me to follow the proper procedures and protocols, and if no action is taken, to bring the matter up at the next council meeting. It is disheartening to see such a great place being run by individuals who behave like thugs.”
“My 3 small children (5,6&8) have weekly swimming lessons here and also regularly come for swimming sessions which they get free with their swimming lessons, as do i with my activo membership. It's a clean, safe, well staffed and maintained pool, the sloping pool means its good for all ages and my 3 love the waves and curly slide. We also enjoy the food, theres something delicious for everyone made by the lovely cafe staff. For the grown ups there's a brilliant spa which is a bargain at £18 for 2 hours (£8 for members) and Upstairs is the gym I've lost 6 stones with and a brilliant junior gym for the kid's aged 8+”
