“Very bad service. There are no working equipment in the gym. All of them are broken. Reception service is bad. The old lady working there fights with everyone. How can you not see this? The pool is closed and does not work. I have a family package. They give 1 card for 4 people. The upper floor of the gym is very bad. It is dirty. Why are places like this not inspected? “Edmonton Leisure centre soft play has great potential. Unfortunately it's always dirty. While the surrounding area may be cleaned the actual equipment is more or less forgotten. The dust pile up is so bad (which may be especially problematic for asthmatic kids). There is also lots of rubbish scattered around, even within the zones that have zipped access to get more easily access and clean!
There are a range of Hoover's that could do this job so it's sad to see it's not done. Kids shouldn't have to make do just because the equipment is good. I'm finally writing this as it's been a notable problem since I started going over the past couple of years. I know parents who don't take their kids because it's dirty, and I just think Edmond Green deserves better...
It would be great to know the area (play equipment specifically) had a end of day inspection and scheduled weekly deep clean or something?
The play area itself is huge with seating all around for adults. The kids love all the space to run around in. Unfortunately the ball pit got taken out, so it's less of an attraction for under 2's. Also the lift never works so you have to leave your pram downstairs and if you're disabled then you may not be able to accompany the kids...”
