“We took our five year old grandson here today and it was even better than expected. Great lunch across the way at the Ferry building. Then a couple of hours wandering around the exhibition reading fascinating facts and spending time on the many interactive things. There was a theatre and simulator that sadly he didn’t want to go on, he’s not keen on enclosed spaces and dark rooms. Despite that there was plenty to keep him interested. Loved the games where you interact with the screen. Star Wars was exhibits were brilliant. Well worth visiting this place. Lovely staff. Clean and well kept building.”
“Place was fairly empty, which made getting on the simulator easy. The only good bit is the simulator though. The rest of the place is small with very little interactivity. The cinema isn't space relevant, one of us enjoyed it, but the kids were pulling to move on. The Star Wars bit is just models - even the star wars obsessed one of us couldn't drag that out for more than 5 minutes. The kids were bored within an hour and the information being aimed at kids wasn't interesting for adults. The staff (one person that we saw) was friendly enough. Overall pleased we went, once. Won't be back. Too expensive for an hours entertainment.”
