“Soft play itself was fine.
We had coffees from elsewhere which we were told were not allowed in. We offered to buy more but this was still not allowed. This wouldn’t have been a problem, however someone else arrived 20 minutes later with their own coffee and nothing was said. My daughter was moaned at for having no socks on (they were soaked from the rain) but again nothing was said to an adult in the soft play with no socks on. If you’ve got rules then fair enough, but be consistent with all.”
“We love it here. The equipment is clean, the staff are friendly and the coffee is always hot! Our little boy loves playing and no matter where you sit you can see the play area. Always a friendly atmosphere.”
