“I have registered in adult swim lessons from last year. I have tried to come from practice for so many months however the teaching pool is closed for most of the times. The website is not updated most times. I have tried to call, most times phone have not been answered. Once I was told practice pool is open and when I arrived an hour later I was told it was closed. There has been no apologies so far, no compensation for all the times I missed practice. My wellbeing is compromised”
“There is lots to do there but I can not give it 5* because the hygiene is disgusting. I’ve been to the leisure pool twice but the second time the changing rooms and toilets were so filthy that I won’t be taking my children again. There was faeces on the floor of the toilets and solids nappies on the changing room floors. Around the pool area was filthy too”
“Loads for the kids to do. My kids are aged between 15-5 and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were visiting from thurrock. Bit of a journey but well worth it. Cafe prices reasonable too.”
