“Lovely place , not so clean but perfect for kids to let of steam . For one star is staff are under trained and not helpful at all . Not helpful in a situation. Just asked to leave . Even when you wasn’t in the wrong , no staff have a understanding of people who have a disability child . Better training and set time and better listening from staff would help this place in a long way .”
“Visited last year and found equipment in poor repair and dirty. Nowhere for kids to sit only a few dirty chairs. Dark, cold and ding. Same dirty flooring that had been there 8 years ago, when I took older grandson.
Hailsham is lovely, cleaned twice a day with excellent facilities that are lacking in Bexhill.”
