“went there with my 9 year old boy, was a nice experience he a lot of fun the water is warm and nice, the staffs are so welcoming feel like going there every weekend.”
“Visited today with my 10 year old daughter for first time in a few years. We had a really brilliant time. Lots of people complain about cleanliness in the changing rooms but it was fine. All the facilities were working- wave machine every 30 mins with warnings and safety briefing, warm water. Waves were a massive hit with my daughter, as was the lazy river. Plenty of floatation toys etc too play with. All staff friendly and professional. Nice food in the cafe. We had a blast and will definitely be back soon.”
“This place is an absolute disgrace. Fountain not working today, communal showers freezing cold, no hairdryers to use as taped off and disabld area not in use. I am certain this is a form of discrimination.
The boy on the desk when I mentioned the cold showers, hesitated to say they havnt been working for 2 weeks. Customers who also weren't happy said its been alot longer.
It's bad enough the jacusi hasn't worked for years or the outside area on top of all this.
All staff today looked like they were just out of school and it's a sham of a place to visit and will be taking matters higher.
Avoid this pool.”
“Dirty, broken and run poorly. Wear goggles as there is so much chlorine in the water the kids eyes were bright red and stinging. Most of the attractions were switched off due to faults. Awful place with poor management. Such a shame compared to what it used to be.”
