“Attended for a party my 5 year old was invited to this afternoon. I had my baby with me. Was informed at the desk that babies over 8 weeks need to be paid for and was charged £4.25 for my 14 week old who cannot even sit up properly and sat in the pram throughout. They would not allow my boy (who had already been paid for with the party) inside until I had paid. I feel this is ridiculous. If it wasn’t for the party my eldest was invited to, I wouldn’t have gone in. Most other soft play centres in the area do not charge for under 1’s especially a little one who would get nothing from the experience other than to be kept awake by the noise. I most certainly will not be giving this place any more of my own money. In my opinion, it is money grabbing.”
“Great food and the lay out is fab as you can see the kids running in and out doors very well. The staff are always cleaning which, make a change to many others were the staff stand around talking. this makes the place really suber clean.The kids love it too as they have ride on bikes and bubbles outside to play with also.A must go.”
