“This place is a hidden gem!
As soon as we arrived we were made to feel really welcome and the lady at the ticket office was so patient and caring with my little boy (who is autistic). She took time to talk us through everything on the map, where the quieter spaces are if needed and also the best place on the train to stay away from the noise of the whistle.
The train ride down to the park was lovely through the countryside then alongside the boating lake. The weather wasn't the best but everything still looked beautiful.
There was so much to do we didn't know where to start! We started on the adventure play areas outside then moved onto the adventure golf, boats and rode the other railways. Massive shout to the driver on the little railway who made it so much fun (Shark!!)
The indoor soft play centre is one of the best we've ever seen. Really clean and modern and you can tell they spend a lot of time and money maintaining the whole park. We had some food too at the cafe and it was so delicious. I had the chicken burger and my husband had the pizza which were really fresh.
We had such a great day and every member of staff was really friendly. Everything was included so good value too. Highly recommended, we will be back on our next holiday.”
