“Rascalz is a great place to take the kids . We have had a great birthday party here, been to a fabulous Halloween party and recently went for a Santa’s breakfast which they absolutely loved. The staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you, we recently went for a play session and our little girl lost one of the lenses from her glasses in the ball pond . One of the staff said they clean the ball pond every night and she would look out for it, I was absolutely flabbergasted to get a phone call the next morning saying they had found it! We are really looking forward to the pyjama party on Christmas Eve because we know the children will have a lovely time because they always do thanks to the lovely hard working staff. They always decorate the place so beautifully and they’re rushing round making sure the children are safe and having a good time. Thanks for all the happy times we have had in your great play centre. “Shame there are not more reviews on here. I been to this play centre quite a few times and found it fine (although I have been when it's not as good as others like most places when they get really busy) This place had recently been freshly painted and baby area new balls pit. I always found staff to tell bigger kids to leave the baby area and if not I've found they respond well when you ask for help. The food has always been lovely here when I've eaten with my friends too. The best thing is the recently we had a party kids had a great time and the food enjoyed. The staff where fine and helpful and always can be found at least. The price for a Saturday party was absolutely the best deal going and well worth it. Plus babies under 1 and adults free. One thing I found I think the toilets could do with some improvement quite often I've seen some out of order (plus more paper towels and things) But I continue to come and definitely book a party again!”
