“Toilets were awlful staff way of dealing with this is to get a coin and lock the door
The slides were full of dust on top of them which could be cleaned very with extendable dusters
Staff did not manage kids who took food and drink in - not that the staff should need to as you would think the parents would
Perspex part at the top had a mat that was more chewed up than a dogs mat
Food took forever one child waited 30 minutes after we had finished eating for his meal
2 star as the kids enjoyed playing but would have done the same in a park”
“Very disappointed, I went today with my son to visit the soft play as we do every week. We were there around 2pm. The lady who greet us said we can’t come in as the session has been started, I asked how long it’s for the next session she said 2 and a half hours. Usually sessions it’s 1h so how did it come up 2:30h. I was confused as I asked can we see some timetables as we are not living close by and I don’t want my son to get disappointed again. There was no information she only lift her hands up and said that’s what it is. I was socked never ever happened to us before. The place it’s usually very crowded people are sharing tables, I clearly see the place weren’t that busy, there were a B-day party in the room and the free area had available tables to sit.
As I client I want more information on timetables so please the manager to print some more information for us , not just the staff to make up things as it looked like. Usually there is a guy he always run the place nicely but this lady she looked lost herself . Please do something about this as you can’t turn people just because someone doesn’t want to work and we need to know when are those sessions as I have NEVER been asked before to come for next session.
