Daisy May’s Farm Reviews

Had a lovely day out here today feeding the Pygmy goat kids, holding the chicks and they even had a ping out for grooming. We especially enjoyed the woodland stamp hunt and the new man made beach. We will definitely return with a picnic!

We don't live close by but whenever we are visiting family who do the kids always want too come too Daisy Mays Farm. They absolutely love it and are entertained for the day with feeding the animals and the play areas. They love splashing in the stream and seeing the horses.......topping the day off with an ice cream from the snack shack. Lovely staff and a small selection of snacks and drinks. Would definitely recommend and for the price it's great

Often take my two grandsons to the farm, where they often have themed activities. Also the boys can touch and cuddle, with supervision, new born chicks and feed baby lambs when they have them. Pony riding is often available. A unique fun place for children to enjoy

I am a childminder local to Daisy May's Farm and we regularly visit. The children absolutely love it here, we usually spend the whole day there with a picnic. On our last visit the children were able to bottle feed the baby lambs and goats, an amazing experience for them. They also love feeding the other animals and playing in the play areas as well as splashing in the stream. They ask me weekly if we are going to the farm.

Such a great place for children to get up close with animals. Very much a rural farm setting, wellies needed on most days. Its run by volunteers who are friendly and helpful. Cash payment is best and there's not a cafe or much food on sale so a packed lunch is best planned for the day.

It was ok. To be honest, We wouldn’t go back again. We spent more time in the play area than we did looking at the animals, even though most of the play area was broken and/or falling apart. Definitely needs updating/referb. We did notice that Most of the netting in the farm was broken that covers the tops of the animals cages. You could see most of the animals on the walk up to the entrance gate, with just a few goats/sheep and pigs on the other side. A ram and sheep had escaped and were roaming free in the car park which petrified my little girl so that was great. Payment is Cash only, but online card transactions and PayPal ‘to a friend/family’ are card options though. Lots of picnic benches though. A cute little Easter colouring activity was set up to help yourself to do, also gluing and sticking.
