“It’s a good place to play and keep the children busy but your not even allowed to bring your own water bottle ?
I’m sorry but we paid for our Children’ to have a good time and I’m not allowed to keep a water bottle for when they get thirsty? The cleaners just came onto our table and just took it away and said we are not allowed water bottles from home unless we buy it in the building ?
My children are thirsty af and this is how they act”
“Really bad place , didnt like da serverce ,my 1 year old took another childs drink ,just picked it op and ran off the guy at the counter was looking so when we went to the counter to collect our belonging shoes and coat etc he said u have to pay £ 2.95 becouse ur child took another child drink ,weres the child mum didnt have a issue with it nd says to him child mum didnt say anything qho the hell r u he comes out of with oh u cant go untill u dnt pay was really rude and unprofessional wojldbt be going there again”
