Filthy, overpriced , filled with ignorant righteous parents who just let their kids run riot.
When I went there were youngsters and toddlers being trampled on by older boys who shouldn’t have been in the little ones area anyway. Where were their parents? No supervision by them, they were too busy chatting and stuffing their faces . Ridiculous, someone’s going to get hurt. It’s not the first time it’s happened. When I pointed out to staff the problem they just laughed and said they were glad it wasn’t their kids! I’m definitely not taking my toddler back.”
“I’ve been going to crazy monsters for years my children have had many parties there and always enjoyed it there over the years it’s been going down hill went to day for dinner and a play ordered 3 children meals and a monster burger for my husband and an egg baguette for myself all meals came out apart from mine the lady told me that the eggs weren’t good so they are cooking fresh ones my baguette came out looking hard I eat 3 mouth fulls of one half TIL I couldn’t eat it due to being hard and bite into the other to notice it was black inside with mould there was mould on the bottom of both baguettes and inside I told the lady she couldn’t understand how it got mouldy to me the baguette had been refilled and recooked she only would refund the meal £5.80 and not the hole £39 it cost to get in for drinks and 5 meals I’m completely discusted with there food hygiene to knowing give mouldy food”
“Since being under new management crazy monsters just keeps getting better, they prices were increased long before the new owners took over but Play is now unlimited and adults go free , the staff are all happy and nothing is too much trouble! and the kids love it! The food is amazing. They have many changes planned and I can’t wait to see what they do”
