“Was fab but my kids would never go on the bug slides and it's quite expensive for a family when they only use the pool.
Even if they was to go on everything I think it's extortionate pricing. The prices for cafe ect are same rates as most places but there is no discount to say how much entry in is for swimming.”
“Nice swimming pools, but £19 for an adult swim which is up £6 from last week is ridiculous. How you can say 1st week in February is peak time is beyond me. Areas from changing area to toilets, & showers very slippery. Also very slippery alongside the splash area to get to the garden pool.”
“Absolute rip off if you attend as a spectator and you are a disabled person like myself and wife who attended with family - the staff know it and the manager knows it but can’t do anything about it apart from saying you need to email management. I think they need to refrain from using the word spectator if they think that experience is taking a seat in cafe area for 3 hours - to access the cafe area you have to walk through the changing rooms which has a wet floor - the floor in the cafe was wet and they expect 2 disabled people with walking difficulties to walk on what was like an ice rink - my wife returned to the car - no refunds here - should have read the negative reviews in Facebook and Trip Advisor before booking - on a positive note the kids enjoyed it”
“Fantastic water park, lots of different slides. Suitable for all ages but I’d mainly say teenagers. Good food court. Inside and outside area to eat and play.
Good showers. The shower area could do with up dating, does look tired. Great day out for the family. They take party bookings too”
