“Absolutely horrible experience. The ice rink accepts way too many people at once, more than its capable of holding comfortably. Huge queue before you enter, queue once you enter to skates or lockers, queue when you want your shoes back.
The entire premises are too crowded, skating rink included, so you can't even enjoy it. The rented skates are uncomfortable, difficult to fasten and they don't tell you that the sizing is bigger than usual. Also the tickets are non refundable, so I guess they only care to get paid as much as possible at the expense of the quality of the whole experience.”
