“Dont buy tickets in advance, Customer services compared themselves to travel lodge.
Spent £50 on tickets but have sick children, rang prior to opening to see if could switch date. To be told where like travel lodge you want a cheap price you come on day.
Next time you should pay £3 for any day ticket.

“Wonderful day out for children. Lots to do Outdoors and indoors including bouncy castles, trampolines and playgrounds. The indoor soft play is great with slides and cannons and my 2 year old loved her cuddle with a baby bunny in cuddle corner. It's a little out of the way but well worth a visit and good value for money!”
