“Brilliant. I'm grandad with grandson age 13. Me and Grunty had a wonderful day. Firstly on the train journey then crazy golf them on the very small train then doing Scare Halloween exercise. Staff were great from beginning to end esp the Lady guard and Shop Mkting Manager. No don't know any if them nope nit related. Brilliant”
“We have been 4 times in a few months. My just under 2 year old is obsessed. He loves the mini train, the steam train, the pillow and the cars. We always have a great time. Coffee is great from the cafe. Would recommend for younger kids. There's plenty to do for hours!”
“Not at all worth the money, very little to do, despite the information making it appear a lot more than what it is. Cafe smelt horrible. Left in under an hour and was refused a refund, and offered a family ticket for 4 instead, when we purchased 6 tickets. Customer service not up to scratch either. Wouldn't recommend. Really disappointing 'day' out. Much better days out in the area for similar costs. Place was empty and we can see why.”
“Waste of money, even for younger children. Paid almost £35 for 6 and had 3 activities to do, pillow, mini train and a playground (which is free anywhere)”
“Love this place. Great day out for my 4 year old who has loved coming since he was 1. Just the right length of time on the train, lovely play areas, good food in the cafe, great events, we love it!”
“Really lovely place for younger children. I took my 5 year old and 2 year old and they loved it. My eldest also attended a wizard event which she really enjoyed. The play area was very nice and the little steam train was fun as a family. The only things I would say are that the cafe was very busy and the food did take time but maybe because it was half term and extra busy. Also we got to the craft tent close to closing time so there was nothing there but thought there would have been something to do. But overall a pleasant afternoon for the kids.”
