ROARR! Reviews

Disgusting We had purchased tickets to go see father Christmas. When we arrived we were refused entry unless we bought Parc tickets on top an additional 60 quid! No where on the website did it state u had to purchase the Parc ticket on top of father Christmas ticket. Even when checking out there was no prompt to add additional tickets. If I had known that I would of booked somewhere else. The staff were very cold rude and uncompassionate didn't care at all about our two 3 year old girls being super upset n disappointed that they couldn't see santa. No resolution was made didn't care about how far we had travelled or our children how was I meant to tell little girls we could go in to see santa absolutely disgusting. All they said was thanks for feedback n we will refund you. No compensation or kind words. Absolutely disgusting customer service really ruined a speacial Christmas treat. All about the money and not the children.

Fantastic value for money. Something for everyone, although the entertainment is aimed at the younger kids only I've found. Easily spend the whole day here.

Our family love Roarr. We went pre-COVID whilst on holiday in the area, and again post-COVID. In the 2 year gap, they had improved things, and even though our primary aged kids were 2 years older, they absolutely loved it. All of the activities inside the park are free, so it’s admission price + food + spending money only. Plenty of picnic areas if you want to take your own food. Our only negative was the food place. We queued a long time to place our order only to be told that restaurant was no longer taking orders (pre 2pm) and we had to have fish & chips only. Poor organisation, information and signage in this part, but this is COVID related and wasn’t a problem on our first visit. It was a minor annoyance on what was otherwise a brilliant day.

We had a great day out. There was loads of things to occupy my son he didn't know what to try first. The play area inside is well thought out with seats available for parents to sit on close to the children playing. The slides are fab. Outside there is a water play area with lockers to store wet clothes, several play areas climbing frames, slides ect (to many to mention) a small crazy golf and a fossil exploration area. There is a restaurant (we didn't eat there we took a picnic in) the food looked nice and home cooked. If you don't take a buggy in and you need something for a tied child there are green type buggies for rent. Not quite sure if you have to pay. All in all a well thought out park which I would highly recommend. Definatly go back next year when we are on holiday.

I took my 3 grandchildren here for a day out they had so much fun, they enjoyed every bit of the park as I had twins of 2 1/2 and a 6 yr old all loved the splash area so much to do in a day, peacefull journey home as all fell asleep as they were so tired would recommend to anyone with younger children.
