“It is definitely worth the admission if you live locally. The tickets are valid for 12 months and it's nice to spend the afternoon tere and you can go as often as you want. There is a woodland walk which the kids love with wood sculptures scattered along it. There is a large outdoor play area with lots of equipment. They serve great ice cream and it's fun to go on the trams. There is usually about three running on a day. The admission money etc. Goes towards helping to restore some trams and the people that work there are full of knowledge and mainly volunteers. Also it's very dog friendly”
“Visited during the easter holiday with my mum and 8 year old son. Theres not alot there to justify paying 16.50 each, you are basically paying to maintain the trams. It may be good for train watches i suppose as the trams are very well maintained. Baffles me that this place has such good reviews because theres nothing to it. If it was around £5-8 each for adults maybe id say it was worth it. But even then I wont be going back.”
