“First time coming, taken 2 children one with additional needs. Found the centre totally packed too many people. Little but no staff and could not even get one single trampoline. We would line up to use equipment and then wait for are turn and when the staff said we could go on, Other children pushing in and staff did nothing so no point waiting. So left after 20 min we booked for an hour. So disappointed as I’ve heard it’s a fun day out for all ages and ability but won’t be coming again. Staff on reception where great”
