“I have been here twice and on both occasions I have found the staff to be very rude. I work in hospitality myself and you always make sure my customers are treated with politeness and respect. Being in my early 50's, I did not appreciate being spoken to like a child.”
“Would have left zero stars if possible as it would have been well deserved. We travelled over 30mls to visit this attraction after promising two tots of a fun day out. Checked opening times before setting off and no indications of session times to be booked. Arrived just after midday to be met with the attraction being closed and a notice board placed outside stating "next session at 3pm and to book on line" We left with two very upset toddlers and disgusted that we'd wasted our time and let the children down. Not a good way to run a business, fortunately it was your loss and Raze The Roof's gain as we had a fantastic time there and the children really enjoyed themselves, plus we'd not been there before, and probably would not have thought about it if we hadn't been disappointed by Kidsworld.”
“Unable to comment on the attraction for entertainment as , we arrived at 5.03 to take our 2 year old daughter for a play there , and were refused entry as we had missed the last admission , I could understand if we had gone when it was busy but we were there on 1st of December) andthere weren't many people there and the website had actually said it was less busy than normal! My daughter was so upset , we would have been happy for her to even have just half an hour to play but they refused point blank”
“A great place to entertain my children for the day! This place has improved a great deal, it's bigger, less crowded and the play areas are all updated. High ropes outside and dodgems are a hit with my children. We loved the crazy golf so it was fun for us too. My daughter enjoyed the trampolines nd my son loved the ball shooting arena. We would have loved to do the skating but it wasn't open today. I also liked the quiet seating area and little ones area. I would love it if you served proper decaf coffee or did evening sessions for teenagers. I would recommend to families!”
