“Very clean. The time slots seem to work well as it meant parking was easy & the equipment & tables were fresh. There was enough space for everyone to have a table, despite it being the school holidays. Only downside is that children much older than 3 were frequently coming into the baby area, however this seems to be the same wherever we go.”
“Was really upset as took my grandchildren as we were going in they asked if I had booked I said no and that there was no notice on Web site stating that you had to book they then turn me away with my grandchildren crying and very upset tryed to get on there website to try and book but was unable to as site was down had to try and explain to them”
“We went to Noah's Ark for the first time today, and I'm not sure why we haven't been before! The prices were reasonable, and the facility was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and someone was always around if we needed anything. My daughter is autistic, and as it got busy, she got a bit overwhelmed by the noise. I explained the situation to the woman at the counter, and she was happy to let us back in when my daughter was feeling better, without having to pay for reentry. We didn't eat there, but the drinks were reasonably priced, and my children enjoyed them. There is a 2 hour time limit during school holidays, but that's understandable given how busy it got while we were there! It didn't feel overcrowded, and there was plenty for all 3 to do. There is a monthly option, which I think we will take advantage of for our 3 year old during term time.”
