“I'm reviewing all my purchases together here. So I'm delighted with my 35 & 40cm diffusers. My 20cm rounded square is not quite the right shape - it and the shade are rounded in different ways - but I think I can make it work. I ordered the circular 20cm in error in a rush but may order the correct size again. They do exactly what I expected and really improve the whole look of the shade - no more glaring bulb - and how the whole fitting sheds light, so that the shade can really shine, so to speak. It was a pleasure dealing with Dannell's online, and over the phone re my quick addition to the order. The order was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Buying from Dannell's represented excellent value for money compared with anything else available on the Internet. (Because I'm in Ireland, in the EU, there was a bit of madness I had to go through with the courier company to pay a customs charge on the goods. That's Brexit for you. Even with the charge it was still excellent value.) I should say that I had never heard of this kind of diffuser until I came across a lampshade with a diffuser option. I am not a huge online purchaser but I couldn't find any of these simple items to buy locally, or indeed anywhere in Ireland, so am grateful to be able to buy online. Thank you Dannell's.”
