“I ordered a lampshade but received one that had different proprtions to the one pictured on Dannells' website. I based my purchase on the diameter I required and the picture provided to assess the proportions and shape. Although the dimensions given on the website are correct, the picture is misleading and led me to make a purchase that I would not have made had the correct picture been used. As such I asked Dannells' to refund my postage costs under the Consumer Rights Act, but unfortunately they have refused to do so. I am seeking advice on how to pursue a claim.”
