“Nice wood for pizza oven but many of the pieces are quite large and need to be cut up if you have a smaller oven like an OONI 3. Nice dry wood though”
Thank you for your positive review Mr Jenkins we really appreciate it. Our Pizza Oven Fuel is all cut to 25cm as industry standard, I believe this is slightly larger than the recommended for the OONI3 but we're pleased to hear that you were happy with the product.

“Having previously had to chop up wood I'd ordered to be a suitable size for my newly built pizza oven I was delighted to find Dalby Firewood who offer suitable wood chopped to a suitable size. I ordered two small bags but will be ordered a bulk buy when this runs out. The wood is dry, burns hot and long with very little ash leftover. High quality and for me a time saving purchase given it is cut to size already. Very pleased with service, delivery and the product.”
