Delivery was very quick indeed - just 2 days.
Despite being tucked away in a cul-de-sac the crate was brought into our yard, which is covered in gravel, by the delivery truck and dropped very close to where we wanted it. (We had expected a roadside delivery and a lot of manual moving of logs.)
The wood is very dry, so dry in fact that I chop morning sticks (to start the fire) from the birch and never need to use firelighters - I just light the ends of a few pointy sticks and away it goes!”
