In regards to your comments about burning smokeless, we do not state this on the item description that you ordered. When starting a fire with Firewood there will always be a little smoke until the fire has really got going. Our wood is Kiln Dried to very low moisture contents so as you said it does give off a lot less smoke than most.

“The placing of the order was easy to do, a delivery date was given and although it arrived a day early, it didnt create a problem, the driver was helpful. The birch is fine to burn, the oak is a little slow but we are just starting to master it as it needs a bit more energy from the fire to burn effectively. The logs in general burn longer and well, we are very pleased with our order”
