“Order process was easy and we were kept well informed with updates on the delivery process. Dumpy bag was fully enclosed so logs were dry despite the awful weather. Logs light easily & burn great, heat output is noticeably a lot better than what we used from other suppliers. We have paid more for these compared to our old supplier but they are worth it, need fewer and the quality is far superior.”
