“Arrived on time and I didn't expect the crate to be so big (but I'm not complaining!) luckily I have a big garage so it went in there. The logs are a convenient size, dry and burn well. I'm very satisfied with the wood, it's just a lot to pay out in one go though.”

“Always purchase the crate of Ash Dalby Gold which is excellent value for money decided to have a change and go for the Birch. A little disappointed as the logs are smaller due to the birch being a smaller tree than the Ash so not sure if the crate will last as long. Although the quality is the same as the Ash maybe once I start using it I will change my mind as at the moment it is difficult to compare.”

Thanks for the review. The product you ordered does state that the logs are thin cut, as the standard cut logs were out of stock. The volume of firewood is exactly the same, so the smaller logs will burn faster, but you have more logs.
