“The product is great but the delivery was appalling The delivery date was on a Wednesday and the driver rang at about 4pm to say he could not make it that day. On Thursday they sent an artic and the driver turned back after reversing about 2.5 Miles with the dustbin waggon following from the direction he was intended to go. They could not make it with a smaller waggon that day and promised it for next day. They rang to say the small waggon was in for repair and they could not make it that day but would definitely be there before 9am on Saturday morning. They arrived at 10.30 with a large waggon and could not deliver in the yard as requested. We managed to pull the palate to the side of the lane with my help. This meant we had to stay in for 3 days in the holidays awaiting the next excuse. YDL have let you down! In future we need to stipulate a small vehicle.”

“Excellent service throughout I haven't used any logs yet but they are good quality bone dry I have used used these for a number of years now and have never been disappointed burn well and really give some heat out on a cold winters night.”
