“We were having our wood stove installed the same day as our delivery of wood so we are new to log burning and upto date are very pleased with our choice of wood supplier.
The crate arrived as scheduled and was pallet trucked straight into my garage, the sides of the crate was cling filmed but the top had polythene on to but was only attached in one corner and it appeared that some logs were missing from the top of the crate (removed during transit). I would suggest that the top of crates are taped down with dalby embossed tape so customers receive what is despatched.”
