“Ordered my crate in early January and delivery scheduled for 20th Jan. Delivery was perfect and the crate contained well over 470 lovely lumps of ash. The pallet will also save me a load on kindling or may up-cycle into planters!
Whilst the initial outlay was scary the wood is proving to be so much better than any of the small supermarket bags that can be bought for between £4.99 - £7 and larger bags for £14.99.
A small bag can easily disappear in less than a day, whereas this Dalby Ash seems to burn for hours. Rarely do we have a warm fire when we get up in the morning from any supermarket logs but the Dalby Ash can often be found hot next day.
Long term I reckon the Dalby Ash works out £50 to £60 cheaper than buying wood by the small bag.

Many other companies seem to manage this, and Dalby should try to do so for customers' greater convenience.”
