“Once again, today I received a bag of hardwood seasoned logs, and find as I store them that they are of the usual good quality. I have been using Dalby Firewood for a few years, and the wood is invariably of the right kind for my Squirrel Morso stove, burning efficiently and cleanly, so there is virtually no soot when it comes to cleaning the flues. Ordering via an email, I get a phone call to let me know in advance of delivery on one of my preferred dates. Delivery itself is perfect, with the bag of logs being dropped exactly where I want it, and a bit of help offered to drag it into position. Having tried various others over the years, so far as I am concerned Dalby Firewood has it exactly right.”
“The logs were very good. I received lots of ash and other hard woods and very little birch which I hoped not to get. They were all cut well and to the specified size. I think the value for money was very good although I had to pay about £10 for delivery. I would order again next yea”
“You do pay more than to some dealers but the quality of the logs is excellent and usually lights and burns efficiently. Therefore I would say it is good value.”

Only one niggle, it would be great if you could note on your order and transfer to following orders where to deliver the logs..it was a different delivery guy to the two previous and I assumed that the logs would be delivered to the rear of my property as with previous orders,when in actual fact they were delivered to the front of my house. I then had to bag and transfer through the house to the rear yard where my log store is situated.”
