“As I use this wood for cooking in my pizza oven I decided to get the smaller cut to that bought last time. At the moment not too sure that I've made the right decision as a lot of the wood looks like scrag ends, not to the same standard as before.”
Thanks for the review. This product is extra thin cut as described in the product information. The pieces are slightly bigger than kindling making the product very easy to light and gets up to temperature very quickly. If you find this product is too small then i would recommend using the thin cut or standard cut. Please inform us of your results when you have tried the product.
