“Good price at time of purchase, unfortunately by time it was delivered it had reduced by £10 per bag, so if I had waited a couple of days I could have saved £20. Bit naughty charging full price when left depot after price drop.
Other than that, first class service and product.”
Thank you for the review Kirk, we hope the logs are up to standard. In regards to the price, unfortunately we are unable to pre warn customers about a sale as this isn't something that is planned and is more dependant on prices of raw material. We do understand your frustration and with that being said when you are ordering your next load, please do call the office and i would be happy to include some free kindling and firelighters to your order. :)
