“I’ve used Dalby Firewood for many years and can’t fault the quality. Up until this recent delivery I couldn’t fault the delivery either. But the customer service this time let the company down. I was made to feel like I was an irritant when couldn’t make the delivery date they told me about last minute, and on a different delivery than I’d originally requested. I emailed the company with my concerns about the service and didn’t receive a reply. Hopefully this is a blip on a otherwise excellent service prior to this latest delivery.”
