“I cannot fault the quality of the logs I receive from you. They are well dried and do not give off heavy smoke but burn well and keep the room well warmed.
My only issue is that the large bag in which they are delivered is not taken back by you for reuse. It is a good bag and I find it a great waste of expense to throw it away. Please rethink this.”
