Hi there and thanks for the review. We have just looked on your account and your previous orders were a thinner grade of log so this will be why you are finding slightly thicker logs in this order.
You ordered standard cut on this occasion when all previous orders have been standard/thin. Do the larger logs fit in your appliance or do we need to collect them? Please advise.
