“I bought two custom sized sheets of Anti Reflective Acrylic to replace some old glass in two frames with prints I bought recently. The prints were difficult to fully appreciate due to the heavy reflection of the glass. I must say they have been transformed by the use of the Anti Reflective Acrylic! In my opinion it is impossible to tell the difference between glass and acrylic, but conveniently the acrylic is much lighter. I am very pleased with the product and the result.
The ordering process was quick, the product came very well-packaged and protected, and all in all I think this is great value, especially when compared to glass.”
“I took a bit of a gamble that this would not be too shiny to watch TV through, and thankfully it is perfect. I bought a cut-to-size sheet and taped it into the recess my 56" widescreen LCD TV screen sit in - you can't its sheen is just as low as the original TV screen itself, and it doesn't affect the screen resolution at all.
At 3mm thick it should withstand and spread the loading of anything my two year-old should throw at it, (very lucky that the two previous times he hit the TV it just left paint but no dent or damage!).
CUT PLASTIC SHEETING packed the sheet in a custom-made carton made of a wood baton surround, faced with corrugated cardboard, and the sheet itself was faced with sticky plastic protection and bubble-wrap, so it arrived in perfect condition.
(They did forget to polish the edges, and it was 2mm too long, but they gave me a discount to compensate which paid for a local firm to shave off the 2mm for me.)
