“Unfortunately the 2 blinds I ordered arrived too narrow. The measurements I gave for the blinds was not followed. The company have said there is no comeback as the small print explains the blind width will include the fittings. This was not made clear and therefore they are narrower than I wished.”

Thanks for your feedback Sue - as explained, we do state that the width of the roller blind is the full width of the roller blind including fittings - this information is stated just below where measurements are inputted onto our website - we are very sorry that you did not see this information and have offered a discount on a future order as a gesture of goodwill as you mentioned that you have other items to order. We are always here to help but on this occasion, we are unable to make the roller blinds wider and due to the made to measure nature of the items, we are unable to refund - Apologies again.
