“We were using PLA cups before but the problem was a lot of people thought they were plastic which rather defeated the point of paying 5x the price of plastic cups. It was also hard to recycle them locally. Your new paper cups are slightly cheaper, much easier to recycle, less likely to warp on a hot day and generally just the job.”
